Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs store credit eligibility, claim procedures, and order issue resolution for purchases made through the Be Thin Compounds website.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

No Refunds – Store Credit Only

All purchases are final once an order has been placed. We do not offer cash refunds, payment reversals, or original-payment-method refunds.

Approved claims may be resolved through store credit only. Store credit is issued solely at the discretion of Be Thin Compounds after review of the submitted claim and supporting documentation.

Eligible Claims

Store credit may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

• The product arrives materially damaged.
• A product is missing from the shipment.
• An incorrect product is delivered.

Eligibility does not guarantee approval. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Claim Deadline

Claims must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered, and the claim may be denied.

Documentation Requirements

To be considered, all claims must include:

• Order number.
• Written description of the issue.
• Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging, when applicable.
• Any additional information requested by our support team during review.

Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in claim denial.

Non-Eligible Circumstances

Be Thin Compounds is not responsible for, and store credit will generally not be issued for:

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
• Carrier delays, delivery interruptions, weather delays, or logistics issues outside our control.
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
• Improper storage, handling, or care after delivery.
• Buyer’s remorse, mistaken purchases, or duplicate orders placed by the customer.
• Failure to read product descriptions, sizes, research-use limitations, or checkout acknowledgments before purchase.
• Any misuse, improper handling, or unlawful use of products.

Store Credit Terms

Approved store credit:

• Has no cash value.
• Is non-transferable.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• May be subject to expiration dates or usage conditions at our discretion.
• Is typically issued within three (3) to five (5) business days after claim approval.

Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Be Thin Compounds is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an address error, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or customer-related issue, additional shipping charges may apply before any reshipment is considered.

Research-Use-Only Acknowledgment

All products sold by Be Thin Compounds are intended strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes only.

Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, administration, therapeutic application, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

Refund or store credit claims related to misuse, improper handling, or use outside research-purpose limitations will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests may be reviewed only if submitted before the order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation is not guaranteed and may not be available.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site or placing orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
